What are your timings? When will I get a reply?
We reply on call and WhatsApp (0300-1234567) from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week. The Pattoki farm welcomes visitors 9am–7pm daily. Messages sent at night are answered first thing in the morning.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch you receive a TCS/Leopards tracking number on WhatsApp and SMS. Lahore & Pattoki same-day orders are confirmed by call. If anything is delayed, message us we chase the courier for you.
My plant arrived damaged. What should I do?
Take a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery and send it on WhatsApp to 0300-1234567 with your order name. We reship free or refund fully no forms, no return shipping, no arguments.
Can I get plant advice before buying?
Yes, and please do! Send a photo of your space (window, balcony, lawn) on WhatsApp. Our growers recommend the right plants for your light and routine free, in Urdu or English, even if you buy nothing.
Do you offer bulk, corporate or wedding orders?
Yes offices, salons, restaurants, schools, societies and wedding favours (50–500+ pieces). Use the form below or WhatsApp us with quantity and city for a wholesale quote within 24 hours.
Can I visit your nursery in person?
Absolutely. Our main farm is on Multan Road, Pattoki open 9am–7pm daily, chai is on us. Search 'Plants Paradise Pakistan' on Google Maps. Lahore customers can also collect same-day orders from our dispatch point.
Which payment methods do you accept?
